This 3/2 Model 38 1/2 rod has been professionally refinished using the original snake guides, smoky agate stripper, and patent date stamped ferrules. The wraps are antique gold, including the intermediates. It has the extra light cap & ring hardware stamped: "Tournament" and a butternut spacer. One tip top is a Perfection style replacement. The other tip appears to have been delaminated and re-glued using dark resorcinol glue and it has a vintage tip top with a clear glass insert. Both tips have light sets. There is ridging of the cork handle. It weighs 2.7 oz. and comes with a gray Leonard bag and original brass-capped tube.
