It depicts police brutality, coup d'Etat and human violence. He was influenced by Leon Golub, Paul McCarthy and Mike Kelley. In 2009, he obtained his first solo exhibition in Los Angeles and became an international artist. In 2014, he created a 50-m murals at the Palais de Tokyo.

Influenced by Leon Golub, Paul McCarthy, and Mike Kelley, Peterson portrays a world in which hostility and violence are rendered senseless and without context.
