A Sino-Tibetan Gilt Bronze Figure of Mahakala
The figure is modelled as a six-armed Mahakala with three faces and red-lacquered hair bearing a horse's head behind a skull crown. Each of his six hands is held in a mudra. He is standing upon eight snakes on a single lotus base, the border is decorated with incised flowers. The lotus base and under body compartments appear to be sealed.
