釋文: 南無阿彌陀佛,若欲求除減無量諸遇惡,當於佛法中勇猛常積進。若見如來者,為得大善利聞佛名生信,則是世間塔。大方廣佛華歲經揭,歲在壬申三月,沙門舍住。鈴印: 弘一,佛像印,沙門,月臂,龍音。
