BIOGRAPHY:
Gerald Spencer was born in 1923 in Shelley, Idaho. He was a California resident for most of his life. He studied at the Kahn Art Institute and the Jepsen Art Institute, Los Angeles, with Rico Le Brun and Herbert Jepsen. After briefly experimenting with commercial art in New York. He also studied with Sueo Serisawa, Arman Gasperian and Richard Bunkall. He died in California in 2008. Over 50 years of award-winning paintings, exhibitions, and achievements.
