Description
Fourteen Baltimore Sterling Silver Spoons, Joseph Rice, and a Ladle, AR, Circa 1784. Each of the spoons engraved with the initial "L" in foliate and hatched script and comprising four fiddle-handle teaspoons, four pointed oval tablespoons and six pointed oval dessert spoons, each marked "IR" into a rectangle; the 'Old English' pattern ladle engraved with the initials "JMS" in foliate script, marked "A*R" into a rectangle. 22.19 troy oz. total Ladle: L: 13.75 in., W: 4 in.
