Description
Late George III Mahogany Drum Table, Circa 1800. The tooled green leather-inset top above the frieze with four working and four false drawers, one drawer fitted with three inkwell receptacles and a tray, beside a baize-lined writing surface lifting to a vacant compartment, raised on reeded downswept legs ending in brass paw caps, on casters. H: 30 in., Diam: 37.5 in. Provenance: Property from the Collection of Cortlandt and Nancy Knowles Parker, Greenvale Farm Estate and Vineyard, Portsmouth, Rhode Island.
