Description
Four Pattern-Molded, Blown-Molded and Engraved Colorless Flip Glasses, Late Eighteenth-Early Nineteenth Century. Comprising a pattern-molded glass with thirty basal flutes and a star base; a blown-molded GII-18 glass, probably the Boston & Sandwich Glass Co., 1825-35, of tapered form, Diamond-type XII base with rough pontil; and a near pair of Continental free-blown glasses, each engraved with a matching oval trellis diaper and flower band, beneath a zigzag border at the rim. First glass: H: 7.125 in., Diam: 5.375 in. Second glass: H: 5.75 in., Diam: 4.375 in.
