Hollow carved redhead with .25” bottom board and excellent form with wide cheek carving. Likely carved by John Morris, last quarter 19th century. Measures 12 1/2" long.

Original paint with moderate wear; early and thin wash to black areas; lightly hit by shot; roughness on tip of bill and edges of tail; head swivels; losses to paint and wood on top of head.
