by Henry Chawner, London 1795, oval, each domed cover with a reeded loop handle and engraved with two crests, the bases with reeded handles and reeded edges, further engraved with two crests. (2) 39cm long, 74 troy ounces gross
The maker's marks are slightly rubbed but legible. The covers fit well. No dents or repairs. In generally good condition commensurate with age.
