Description
A SMALL EDWARDIAN SILVER TRAVELLING CLOCK
by Charles Henry Dumenil, London 1901, rectangular, with a swing handle and four bun feet, the case chased with flowerheads, scrolling foliage and trellis, the dial with Roman numerals, retailed by Kiernan, 133 Regent Street. 6.5cm high (excl. handle), 8.2 troy ounces gross
The marks are clear. The clock winds and appears to be running well, but this has not been monitored for a given length of time and is, therefore, unwarranted. The hinged door at the rear with vacant cartouche closes well. The hinged handle holds position. It is in generally good condition.
