A group of three opera coats, one black and emerald satin Norma Kamali, two tulle Fernando Sanchez, one chartreuse, and one black and magenta (black and magenta is missing designer label). The Norma Kamali coat features a fitted bodice with a princess seam waist that goes into a circle skirt; the coat is reversible and can be worn black with an emerald shawl lapel or emerald with a black shawl lapel, designer label sewn at the inside of the left pocket, no size present. The Fernando Sanchez tulle opera coat features kimono sleeves and has unstructured bodices with a high waistline, the black and magenta coat comes with a black tulle wrap.

Welch wore a pink magenta tulle overcoat to the Traditional Ball in Vienna in 1998 and the emerald and black Kamali for her performance on Evening at Pops (PBS 1970-2004) where she performed on stage with Marilyn Cooper, August 13, 1993; the opera coat was also worn to the 16th Annual People's Choice Awards in Los Angeles in 1990.
