Goblet with Prussian King Frederick II ''Old Fritz'' Elias Rosbach (attributed), Zechlin around 1745 Colourless, clear glass. Slightly rising disc base with olive-cut border. Faceted baluster shaft with gilded nodus. Base of bell-shaped cuppa fluted and peeled arch ornaments with gilded border and olive cut. Frontally flanked by flags and standards, cartouche depicting Frederick II on horseback with drawn sabre on the battlefield between troops of soldiers and fire. Eagle crowned on the reverse with outstretched wings on the chest, initials ''FR'' underneath on pile ribbon, inscription: ''VIVAT FRIDERICUS BORUSSORUM REX''. Gold-plated lip rim. H. 20 cm Cf.
