American. C. 1900. Lithographed tin. Richard M. Hollingshead experimented with harness dressing at the early age of 20. His ingenuity paid off, eventually becoming the largest producer of automotive chemicals and lubricants across the world. These are some of the earliest examples of his products. Marked, "Can Mfr'd by Hollingshead Co., Camden, N.J. Largest: 6.5" high.

Condition

Yellow tin is missing part of the label on the left side. General scratching and scuffs throughout.
