CONDITION: Sign shows excellent color as well as gloss throughout the field with areas of minimal paper markings as well as light rice paper residue in the lower field. Sign shows clean embossed letters as well as a clean embossed outer edge. Sign shows a few minor areas of light paint wear at the far outer edge but overall displays outstanding and should clean up further if desired.
