Ca. 700 - 200 BC.
A Celtic gold torc, circular in shape decorated with golden pellets symmetricly placed at either side. The torc is joined with a coiled adjustable clasp. For similar see: Celts Art and Identity, Fig. 79; 80. This piece has undergone X-ray fluorescence analysis to confirm the metallurgical content suggesting its ancient origin and lack of modern trace elements.
