US orange, adhesive 2c IR stamp at left, with clear W.F. & Co Salt Lake City printed cancellation. Red rubber stamp by the Fourth National Bank "Paid", with signatures from "Pomeroy & Co. in liquidation", W. Bapett, Jr.(?) and A. Laneal(?).
