Having some paint loss in places, also a horizontal indentation line showing neat the top of the canvas due the back of the frame pressing on it over many years, craquelure, foxing, fading, very small tiny tear top right corner, surface dirt & dust in places to the painting surface. With general wear, dust, scuffs, stains, cracking, losses, chips and some over painting to frame and it would benefit with you needing to add a new hanging thread on the back as the old one has lost tension commensurate with usage & old age.
