About the artists: Born on January 26, 1926 in the village of Krasnoe, now the Chernihiv region. Graduated from the Kiev Art Institute (1965). Teachers by profession - L. Vitkovsky, K. Trofimenko. Painter. He worked in the field of easel and monumental painting. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine (2003). Member of the Great Patriotic War. Received military awards. He worked as an artist: Terebovlyansky Rajpromkombinat (Ternopil region, 1951-1955), Konotop department of the Sumy Association of Artists (1955-1956), Central Park of Culture and Rest of Kiev (1956-1959), Kiev Philharmonic (1959-1981), Kiev Artistic Combine Creative production association "Artist" (1981-1987). Participated in exhibitions: republican (1975), all-Ukrainian (1994). Major works: "In Spring in Kiev", "Fields", "In the Native Places" (1985), "White Roses" (1995), "On the Chernecha Mountain", "In the Shevchenko Territory" (2003). Wall paintings in the restored St. Michael's Golden-Domed Cathedral in Kiev, the figure of Hetman Mazepa, panel "Baturin in 1708". Author of landscapes, still lifes, portraits.
