Si scusa per il ritardo del suo contributo in ricordo della nonna della sua “chere vieille amie” richiesto dall’associazione “Les Amis de George Sand”. L’associazione era stata creata nel 1926 dalla stessa Aurore Lauth-Sand, in occasione del cinquantenario della morte della scrittrice. Insieme con: Elogio di George Sand. Manoscritto firmato.Un foglio in-8vo. 210x132 mm. Testo su una pagina, scrittura in corsivo, inchiostro blu. Fernand Gregh»Fernand Gregh, 1873 – 1960, poeta e scrittore, amico di Anatole France, Marcel Proust, Emile Zola, nel 1902 fondò il movimento umanista che intendeva promuovere un ritorno della poesia alla tradizione di Victor Hugo e Alphonse de Lamartine, contrapponendosi all'eredità parnassiana e al simbolismo. Nel 1953 entrò a far parte dell'Académie française.

He apologizes for the delay in his contribution in memory of the grandmother of his "chere vieille amie" requested by the association "Les Amis de George Sand". The association was created in 1926 by Aurore Lauth-Sand herself, on the occasion of the fiftieth anniversary of the writer's death.

Fernand Gregh, 1873 – 1960, poet and writer, friend of Anatole France, Marcel Proust, Emile Zola, in 1902 founded the humanist movement which intended to promote a return of poetry to the tradition of Victor Hugo and Alphonse de Lamartine, opposing the Parnassian legacy and symbolism. In 1953 he joined the Académie française.
