Buono stato di conservazione. Raro foglio volante. L’Assemblea Nazionale decreta che i manifesti degli atti emanate dall’Autorità pubblica saranno stampati su carta bianca, mentre quelli dei cittadini privati dovranno essere su carta colorata “sous peine d’amende ordinaire de police municipale”.

Printed manifesto. 375x314 mm. In the top center the France’s coat of arms with the three lilies. Good conditions.
Rare leaflet. The National Assembly decrees that the manifestos of the acts issued by the public authority will be printed on white paper, while those of private citizens will be registered on colored paper.
