Riguarda la Commenda di Mazara: sulle qualità che i Cavalieri dell’Ordine devono avere per ottenere la carica di Commendatori. La vasta e ricca commenda di Mazara apparteneva all’epoca al Priorato di Lombardia. C. H. Motmann, 1591-1638, esponente di una famiglia nobile fiamminga di Liegi, entrò il primo dicembre 1628 nel collegio di 12 membri degli auditori della Sacra Romana Rota, il corpo al secondo posto in ordine di importanza nella Curia pontificia. The vast and rich commandery of Mazara belonged to the Priory of Lombardy at the time. C. H. Motmann, 1591-1638, member of a Flemish noble family from Liège, entered the 12-member college of auditors of the Holy Roman Rota on December 1, 1628, the second most important body in the Papal Curia.
