Mother and son with a canopy of trees. Mark William Langlois (1848 - 1924) was active/lived in United Kingdom. Langlois is known for Paintings. Oil on canvas. Signature: Lower right. Circa 1890. Canvas: 21 x 17 in. Frame: 27 x 23 in. Condition: Very good overall condition. Maybe needs a light cleaning. Minor aging in paint. Under blacklight: small touchups in multiple spots. Provenance: Purchased from London auction house in the 1980's and since has been hanging in the Jack and Peggy McDowell estate on the Chattahoochee River in Atlanta. Lovely and inviting painting.
