Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Cloisonne Incense Burner. Cast in shallow vessel form, thick and deep, emerging U shape flanked on the round opening mouth lip, short neck, raised with short three elephant legs. The body carved with Arabic calligraphy character, lotus flowers blossom, foliage with interlocking tendril and auspicious pattern. The cloisonne decorating has been done with impressive fluency and detail. As sacrificial sets are considered quite rare.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a Four Embossed gilt script characters reign mark, enclosed within double fine gilt rectangles lines. Made in The Years Qianlong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
