Chinese Qing Yongzheng Yellow Glazed Porcelain Wine Pot. Potted in wine pot shape, globular body, short cylindrical neck, with curved spout flanked on the mid belly outward at the short mouth rim, a looped handles flanked on the shoulder, with reverse bowl dome lid finial bud, raised with ring foot base. Warm and uniform yellow glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Yellow is an imperial color in Chinese Dynasty color symbolism, representing power, royalty, prosperity and the earth in traditional Chinese culture.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue rectangle lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
