The plates has a broad wide central interior, chrysanthemum rounded mouth lip, thick and large, raised on correspondence footed ring base slight concave. Warm and uniform yellow glaze applied to the surface, only the outer bottom is white glazed. Yellow is an imperial color in Chinese Dynasty color symbolism, representing power, royalty, prosperity and the earth in traditional Chinese culture.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue rings lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
