Chinese Qing Dynasty QianLong Blue White and Red Dragon Porcelain Moon Vase On Carved Hardwood Stand. The porcelain potted in moon vase, flat globular moon lower belly, emerging archaic dragon flanked on the straight cylindrical neck, round mouth rim, raised on ellipse foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in white base color which contrast against blue and red color, depicted of five claws imperial dragon soaring amidst flames, vapors, chasing blazing pearl amidst scrolling cumulus clouds, with face toward the heavens. The backdrop depicts swirling wind and fire painted atop a beautiful white under glaze. Which attracting unceasingly admiration. The Under-base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
