An antique Goyard, Paris steamer trunk with "chevrons canvas", wood bound exterior, and solid brass fittings. Goyard marked locks. Brass studs. Original paper label on the fabric lined interior reads " E. Goyard Aine", Malles maroquinerie, 233 Rue St. Honore, and numbered "52612". Probably dates form the 1910's or 1920's.
Approximate measurements: 19 1/4" H x 43 1/4"W x 21 1/2"D or 49 cm H x 110cm W x 54.5cm D

Losses of canvas, dents, scratches, one replaced wood bracket on the back, one wood bracket missing and end, front brass lock may not be original, some brass fittings bent and dented. Interior fabric "as is", but overall good condition consistent with use and age and structurally sound.
