ARTIST BIO:
Doloris E. Speakman (24 MARCH, 1919 ? 17 NOVEMBER, 2012), 93, passed away November 17, 2012 at Brick Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Speakman was born in Newark and settled in Lakewood for the past 17 years. Doloris was an artist of many media. She belonged to various organizations within Leisure Village where she had many close friends. She was a loving mother, grandmother and sister and will be greatly missed by all. Mrs. Speakman is predeceased by her husband Russell. Doloris is survived by her three children, Dianne Speakman, Glenn Speakman, and Carol Frantz and her husband Marvin, two grandchildren, Tara Brommer and her husband Jerry and Kayla Pellington, and sister, Helen Neff. Friends may call Tuesday, November 20, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at the D?Elia Funeral Home Rt. 70 & Vermont Ave. Lakewood, NJ 08701. Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2012 at 11AM at the funeral home. Interment will take place at Maplewood Cemetery in Freehold, NJ.
