Offered here for your consideration are two old Native American framed photographs. One of them is by well known photographer L. A. Huffman. This photo of an older Native American in front of a stick structure, depicts the man with a pipe and a pensive expression. Laton Alton Huffman was an American photographer of Frontier and Native American life. The other photograph, by Herman Heyn, is a wonderful portrait of a Native American, probably a Sioux. Herman Heyn was an important portrait photographer in Omaha, Nebraska, from the 1880s through the 1920s. He is nationally noted for more than 500 images he created of Native Americans, mostly Sioux, in 1898 or 1899. Both of these photographs are an important part of American history because of the subjects as well as the photographers. Make them part of your collection!

APPROX AGE: Antique (meaning made prior to the 1930s).
SIZE: Frames measure approx 25 3/4 inches to 18 3/4 inches tall x 15 1/4 inches to 16 1/4 inches wide.
