This vintage Continental Victorian gold filled shield locket dates from the late 19th century. The charming antique locket is designed with a shield shape bloodstone shield accented with a small decorative gold covering. The back of the locket features a hand etched floral motif. The locket is suspended from a dark green enameled Fleur de Lis that has a microscopic enamel chip. The locket closes perfectly but is missing its interior glass & border frames.1 1/8" long X 7/8" wide X 1/4" deep
