ENGLISH MASON'S / MASON'S-STYLE IRONSTONE PLATES, LOT OF SIX, comprising three examples having underglaze blue transfer with overglaze red/orange enamel decorations including two matching hand-painted floral designs and one featuring an urn with floral arrangement, and three examples having blue transfer-printed designs including one depicting two figures and two cranes with gilt accents, one featuring floral decorations with urn, table, and rock, and one scalloped rim example with pagodas and boat. Marks to underside include impressed "MASON'S PATENT IRONSTONE CHINA", printed crown with "MASON'S / PATENT IRONSTONE / CHINA", and "IMPORTED BY / T.T. KISSAM 9[9] WATER. STREET. / NEW YORK". First half 19th century. 6 1/2" to 9 3/8" D.

Four undamaged, some having expected usage wear including light scattered scratches; one hand-painted floral plate with moderate flake to underside rim; blue floral plate with urn, table, and rock having a minor chip to foot ring.
