Elvis Presley-The Jungle Room Sessions Special Limited Edition 2-LP Vinyl (Museum Collection) - This is a special limited edition LP on 180 gram heavyweight vinyl, released by Follow That Dream Records in 2009 featuring Elvis Presley's iconic Jungle Room Sessions. It contains all of the tracks featured on the CD edition and several added outtakes from other releases. Supplied in a gatefold sleeve featuring additional Graceland images, it is pressed on 180-gram vinyl and DMM Copper mastered at Abbey Road Studios, London. The Jungle Room sessions were a series of recording sessions that took place in the den of Graceland in February 1976 and October 1976. The den, known as the Jungle Room due to its decor featuring jungle-themed materials like wood, green shag carpeting, and wicker furniture, served as an informal recording studio for Presley during these sessions. During these sessions, Presley recorded a mix of songs ranging from country to pop to gospel. Some of the tracks recorded in the Jungle Room sessions include "Moody Blue," "Way Down," "Hurt," and "She Thinks I Still Care." The Jungle Room sessions are notable for showcasing Presley's versatility as a singer and musician, as well as for providing insight into his creative process during a period of his career when he was dealing with health issues and personal challenges.
