Description
This c. 1930 display was used in the men's clothing department of the exclusive Joseph Horne Department Store in Pittsburgh, until its contents were auctioned off in the 1950s. This window advertising piece shows great detail down to the goggles and the scarf of the race car rider, as well as the rubber tires that rotate with axles. CONDITION: The advertising shows some areas of paint loss and rubbing, however it retains all of the original paint and is a great detailed 3D advertising display. PROVENANCE: From the lifelong collection of Bill Howard. Condition: (Very Good) Dimensions: 11" x 27" x 10".
