These desktop cigar lighters came in many forms, this one being of an Asian gentleman with full Fu Manchu mustache, mounted to the form of an eagle or falcon's claw base. Solid bronze construction with a lift-lid in the gentleman's head for kerosene and a small cigar protruding from his mouth, where a flame would emanate. It is unknown whether this particular example has a full cigar, or if it has been broken off at the mouth at some point. CONDITION: It shows a great aged patina, a rich, dark antique brass look, with no breaks, cracks or repairs, with the exception of the cigar in the gentleman's mouth. Condition: (Good) Dimensions: 9"
