This cast bronze figural desktop cigar lighter is in the form of a gentleman with a top hat, cigar protruding from his mouth, holding a newspaper under his right arm that says "Times News" and one in his left hand that says "Herald." The hat lifts back to expose a compartment where kerosene would be put. A flame would protrude from the gentleman's mouth, which would be used to light the cigar at your desk.
