Paul M. Knoblauch (American, Born 1964). A welded steel sculpture. Titled, "Three Legged Star Container". A Modern Art work in two patinated sections produced in an Industrial style featuring a spaceship or planetary design, with top section modeled into a derrick or gantry form over an orb that splits horizontally to reveal round interior space, surmounted by a star form finial. Bottom section has demilune orb supported by a trio of wavy legs with encircling vine forms over disk feet. Impressed marks to underside of feet. Accompanied by original JOHN ELDER GALLERY (New York) certificate of authenticity and receipt.

Dimensions: 21.5 X 7 X 8 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having normal surface wear, patina, and oxidation. Estate fresh to the market.
