A MING DYNASTY STYLE GREEN INK CAKE, HAIRY DRAGONS AND CALLIGRAPHY, QING DYNASTY (1644-1912), 19TH CENTURY, green pigment and carbon, compressed with relief writhing hairy dragons with jeweled backs and expressive faces among Lishui waves, a two-character mark in relief at the margin, opposed by a dished circular ground centering a relief rectangular frame and three intaglio calligraphy characters. Diameter: 5 1/8" Depth: 1/2"
