Description
A GROUP OF CHINESE CELADON PALE GREEN JADE BELT FRAGMENTS, QING DYNASTY (1644-1912)/REPUBLIC PERIOD (1912-1949), comprising a Ming Dynasty style square-shaped "Deer" plaque with openwork leaf fronds with a larger and smaller mystical deer in landscape, height: 2 1/4", width: 2 1/8", depth: 3/8"; and a two-piece buckle with central Five Blessings motif of five bats encircling a Shou symbol, probably Qing Dynasty, note the smooth fan form in the Art Deco style, height: 2 1/4", width: 4 1/8", depth: 1/2".
Condition
Some chips, wear, soil in crevices, fragments of belts, apparent wear to two-piece belt at edges, ad overall in good condition, wear commensurate with age.
