Description
The Pharaoh was the most powerful person in ancient Egypt. He was the political and religious leader of the Egyptian people. He was the ruler of Upper and Lower Egypt, owned all of the land, made laws, collected taxes, and defended Egypt if and when war erupted. Sometimes referred to as the 'High Priest of Every Temple', the pharaoh represented the gods on Earth. He performed rituals and built temples to honor the gods and he was treated like one. This chemical green patina sculpture was cast using the Lost Wax Method. Bronze Dimensions with Marble Base: Height 14 X Width 10 inches. Weight: 20 LBS.
