A Cased Model of the Ship Providence by William Hitchcock (1928-2006)
20th Century
with brass plaque identifying ship and artist.
Height 12 x width 12 1/2 x depth 5 inches.

Condition

In overall fair and stable condition. Dust present to recessed areas. Small chip to lower "deck" of base floor. One canon is very loosely attached and would benefit from stabilization; some others appear to have been previously reglued. Two pieces of what appear to be mast are detached but present; other mast elements appear to have been previously reglued.
