Philippe Henri Noyer (French, 1917-1985). This chromolithograph depicts a seated woman with a panther on a leash beside her. The work is signed in the lower right. In the lower left is numbered in pencil "111/120". On the back is a certificate of authenticity written in french, "Certificat d'Authenticite" stating the artist's name, the name of the work, the print number and date, "7, Juillet, 1981". The work is in excellent condition, and is matted with gold fillet and framed in a modern gold-tone metal frame. The frame has a few scratches and the print has evidence of mat burn.
