A beautiful hand paint color, and ink on paper woodblock horizontal print. Edo Period, features a narrow strip of land leading to a large land with buildings, ships around the peninsula, and geese descending toward land. Full title Descending Geese at Haneda. Original print can be found in the 1837-1838 series, Eight Views of the Environs of Edo (Edo kinko hakkei no uchi), by the ukiyo-e artist Utagawa Hiroshige (Japanese, 1797-1858). Title print on the top right. Artist signature on the bottom right.
