Chinese Ming Dynasty Hutian Glaze Budha Guanyin Statue. This statue of Buddha Guanyin potted in a Peaceful face, smiling, beautiful and youthful, giving a peaceful appearance, body painted naturally over white glazed color. Both Adorned with flowing silks of various garments and jewel ornaments, crowns and tiaras. Buddha is shown Avalokiteshvara posture with the left leg is bent relaxed and the other is raised up supported by sole, the both hands crossing in front the abdomen. The Hutian ancient kiln is fired in the Five Dynasties, reaches its peak in Song Dynasty. This kiln is of the longest continuous porcelain making time during this period in China, with the largest production scale, the most advanced technology, the finest product and the most abundant kind. It has an excellent reputation at home and abroad, especially its bluish white porcelain in the Song Dynasty reflects the highest level of porcelain-making technology at that time, has become the most outstanding representative of Chinese bluish white porcelain kilns in the Song Dynasty. Therefore, Hutian ancient kiln is known as the hometown of bluish white porcelain. In 1982, the Hutian ancient kiln site is announced on the list of National Key Cultural Relics Protection Units, which is the first ancient kiln site in China announced by the State Council as a national key cultural relics protection unit.The underside with incised Quadra-petal flori-form visvavajra mark and centralized DaiJi. Extensive trace of gilt remain on surface. Made in The Years Reign Period of The Great Ming Dynasty.
