Description

Circa 1900 and would have had photos of Presidents in them. Appox 23 inches tall. The flags are ones I added so you could get the ideal of what they would look like but they need the right size parade flags. There are several holes in back to hold flags as shown. Very nice decorative pair of Sheilds. Flags not included as you will want to get right size ones anyways. Measures 23 tall by 17.75 inches wide.
