A Queen Anne Cross-Banded Walnut Highboy, Massachusetts, ca. 1740-1760,
The rectangular top above two short and three long drawers, the lower section with a similar drawer flanked by deep drawers over a scalloped apron with two acorn drop finials raised on replaced cabriole legs ending in pad feet.
H: 63 W: 36 D: 21 in.

Sides are painted black. Pulls replaced. Legs replaced and painted. Upper and lower trim replaced. Back boards replaced. Interior supports replaced. Areas of veneer loss. Exposed nails in areas of repair. Wear is consistent with age and use. All lots have imperfections or the effects of aging.
