**Originally Listed At $250**

Pre-Columbian, Valley of Mexico, Teotihuacan culture, ca. 3rd to 7th century CE. A hand-built seated pottery figure with flat legs, a wide shawl, and elaborate finery. The head boasts a conical mouth, slit-form eyes and nose, and large earspools, all beneath a roundel-adorned headdress. The figure is decorated in hues of red, white, and yellow atop the buffware surface. Size: 2.25" W x 2.5" H (5.7 cm x 6.4 cm).

Provenance: private Southern California, USA collection, acquired in the 1970s to mid-1980s
