LADY IN THE WATER (2006) - Scrunt Maquette - A Scrunt maquette from M. Night Shyamalan's Lady in the Water. The Scrunt stalked and attacked Story (Bryce Dallas Howard) to keep her from returning home throughout the film, until Reggie (Freddy Rodriguez), revealed as the Guardian, stopped it.

Originating from a producer, maquettes were created as a reference for the creature design.

Made from resin painted in various shades of green, this ornately detailed maquette features a wolf-like design with sculpted grass texture for fur, as well as plastic blades of grass adhered to the sculpt, and a textured nose. It comes attached to a black wooden base. This lot exhibits a buildup of grime, notable appearance of adhesive, cracks, exposed resin, and a notable separation through the tail segment.
