Vintage c1930s Wholecloth Quilt hand quilted in pink thread. It measures 74x87". Medallion style with a 12 inch diameter feathered wreath in the center with a star surrounded by a hanging diamond field. The feathered border ends at each corner with a double feathered wreath with star in the center. The edge is finished knife edge style with blanket stitch in pink thread. There is a thin cotton batting and off white cotton reverse. It is in good condition with several small spots and storage discolorations. This quilt is from the estate of Sharon Stark, noted Pennsylvania textile dealer and award winning author.
