Description

Antique c1910 Redwork Quilt Top or Bedspread measuring 79 by 76 inches. It is a single piece of off white cotton fabric with hand embroidered quilting motifs in red thread. There is a star in the center surrounded by frames, medallion style, with a double undulating feathered vine in the border. The edges are finished, but there is not backing, batting or quilting. It is in poor condition with overall toning, spots, and small holes. This quilt is from the estate of Sharon Stark, noted Pennsylvania textile dealer and award winning author. In house Flat Rate Shipping of $20 is a domestic shipping estimate for first quilt and includes insurance. We will gladly combine multiple lots for your convenience and economy.
